Rules:
The grid is a big tic-tac-toe comprising of 9 regular tic-tac-toes. For each small tic-tac-toe that a player wins, that corresponding box in big tic-tac-toe is his/hers.
The catch is you can control which regular 3x3 tic-tac-toe can your opponent make their move in the next turn by making your move in the corresponding gird.
The winner of the game needs to either win the big tic-tac-toe, or win 5 out of 9 regular tic-tac-toe.
